Definitions and Introduction

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit, or via an ace445-approved method.
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
- The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus credits can be withdrawn.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ace445 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus credits can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements mean you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount. Before the wagering requirement is met, only bonus credits may be used for play; the original deposit is always withdrawable.
- Each bonus has its own expiry date and terms.
- The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.

- Bonuses cannot be shared or transferred to any third party.
5.3 Other Promotions

Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
Before placing any bet on ace445, read the rules of each game carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the rules of the relevant game state otherwise.
6.2 Cricket Betting
Live betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket matches. If a match is cancelled or suspended, results will be settled according to ace445's specified rules. ace445 reserves the right to cancel any bet that remains incomplete due to technical issues.
6.3 Casino Games
Slots, fishing games, card games, and live casino services are available on ace445. Each game is operated by a third-party game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) and their own rules apply.
6.4 Technical Issues
If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, ace445 will review the situation and make a decision. This decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace445 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances:

Account Suspension and Closure

- Due to legal obligations.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. All active bets must be settled and applicable bonus conditions must be met before the request is made. Any available balance can be withdrawn through support.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, ace445 may mark it as inactive. An inactivity fee may apply to such accounts, which will be communicated in advance.
